Supplier Credentials

As a nationwide distributor of consumable products, Uni-Pak endeavours to manage its operations in a sustainable manner and accept responsibility for maintaining a healthy environment and a sustainable future. Our suppliers are key to helping us achieve these outcomes: by helping to reduce CO2 emissions, manage fuel and energy wisely, reducing waste output to landfills, increasing the use of sustainable materials in products manufactured and products purchased, and operating in an ethical team environment. The ongoing sustainability credentials of each of our suppliers are recorded in this form so we can check if any suppliers can make, and have made, any improvements.

As a current or potential Uni-Pak supplier, we require a record of your supply credentials. Please complete this form as requested, after some basic "About You" questions you will be asked 17 compulsory questions regarding your business sustainability (question 18 is optional). We recommend that you read the form first, so you have information on hand when prompted to answer the questions. Please make sure you fill in all required (compulsory *) fields. Your confidential response will only be used so we can respond back to you with any follow up actions and assure our customers of the sustainability focus exhibited by our suppliers.
