Free delivery
Postage is $9.00 per carton excluding GST.
If you hold a trade account we offer free shipping for orders of 10 cartons or more.
If you pay by credit card online, orders over $300 excluding freight and GST, ship free.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
NZ delivery times
We provide same day dispatch on all orders placed before 3.30pm (Monday to Friday).*
Any orders placed after 3:30pm or during weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
We are closed on public holidays and anniversary dates.
We consistently check out Delivery in full, on time (DIFOT) to ensure the best outcome for you.
If there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we will be sure to contact you to let you know.

Returns
As soon as reasonably practicable after you receive your delivery, you must contact us to discuss the products you wish to return and the reasons for your request. Please take note of our terms for returns.
- If accepted, the cost of return of return shipping will be deducted from any applicable credit, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will not be provided. At our discretion, credits may be issued in accordance with this returns policy.
- Credits will not be issued for products returned without the prior knowledge and acceptance.
- Credits will not be issued for stock sold more than six months prior to the date of the request or contact with a Unipak representative.
- Except as required by law or as agreed by Unipak in writing, we will not accept returns of products that have been manufactured and supplied to your specific requirements and specifications.
- We can only accept returns for undamaged products, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale or reintegration into stock. This includes, but is not limited to: all returned cartons, boxes, or any other form of packaging must contain the correct inner quantity; cartons or packaging with notes written on the exterior will not be accepted; and the inner sleeves on any packaging must be intact and complete.
- Credits requested by you, without implication of fault on our part, will be subject to 70% credit.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, the credit will be issued promptly and in full.
- A final decision regarding any credit will depend on the condition of the returned products, including its packaging. If the product is not deemed saleable by us, we reserve the right to negotiate the percentage of credit granted.
*Please note that PLA/CPLA food packaging products are heat sensitive and should be handled and stored correctly. Unipak™ does not accept responsibility for products that may become damaged through heat exposure.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us promptly. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
